We accept all PPO insurance plans. We are In-Network Providers for Anthem, Blue Shield, Humana, Delta Dental, Metlife, Cigna, Aetna, Principal, and Guardian. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Soma Endodontics does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.
